Job Purpose:
Looking after the centers and apply any needed safety or security measures to prevent any potential risk to ensure the safety and security of CC, staff, and BNFs, including informing the concerned staff of missing or damaged items or any other risks, checking the lights, water and electricity and assist in loading/unloading trucks or vehicles upon request.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preserving the center’s property and ensuring that the center is well closed outside working hours.
- Checking the lights, water and electricity regularly.
- Not to leave the center during the guard period.
- Informing the center manager of emergency or abnormal incidents.
- Any other tasks assigned to him by the center Manager in accordance to his work.
Note: The above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department’s organizational chart.
Qualification (Education – Work Experience):
Essential:
- Secondary school certificate at least.
- One year of professional experience in the same position.
Desirable:
- More than one year of professional experience in the same position.
- Excellent communication skills.
