Vocational Training Grants
IYD conducted 6 vocational training for 20 training days The training varied according to the services needed in the targeted sectors including Electronics repair (mobile/computer), Hairdressing, Barber, Solar systems maintenance, Handicrafts, sewing, and agricultural skills. After finalizing the training, the trainees received business grants to start their own businesses. Support with business grants for 161 skilled beneficiaries who have good experiences and lost their business because of the war and displacement.
Distribution WFP food kits project 2022
To help our people in the camps, IYD during 2022 targeted 149 camps in Idlib area through distributing 722,208 WFP food kits for 68,670 HHs, and distribution RTE kits and Bread Bundles.
Rehabilitation of Harem Hospital
and Darkush School
The completion of the restoration work at Aisha School and Harem Hospital in the city of Harem. The restoration process included the repair of many items in both the school and the hospital, in addition to the installation of a set of children’s games in the school yard.
Rehabilitation of Alhussien public park
Restoration of Al-Hussein Park to be a resting place for the residents of the city of Idlib, where it was planted with herbs, benches were installed and cleaned of dirt to be the most beautiful and best
Roads asphalting northern Idlib
Paving the main road between the village of Deir Hassan and the village of Qah, which benefits a large number of camp residents in that area.
Water network in Alsadaka camp success story
Establishing and extending a water network in Al-Sadaqa camp to facilitate access to water for the camp residents, in addition to ensuring that the water is sterile and potable.
