Job Purpose:

The team leader is responsible for leading the distribution team in registration, collecting data, and delivering the food rations to beneficiaries in the FDP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly implementation plans for the project in conjunction with the project officer and the rest of the team members and share them with all departments and departments.
  • Preparing the daily, weekly, and monthly reports issued by the field teams and submitting them to the direct manager.
  • Provide basic and detailed information to the project officer during the preparation of the memorandum of understanding.
  • Suggesting solutions to the challenges facing the project implementation plan and assisting in solving the main problems and challenges facing the implementation plans
  • Managing the registration of the beneficiaries and collecting their data.
  • Managing the distribution of assistance to the beneficiaries in the FDPs.
  • Leading the collection of the needed documents from BNFs.
  • Leading the distribution team, and managing the distribution process
  • Any other work that may be requested by his direct manager.
Note: The above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department’s organizational chart.
Qualification (Education – Work Experience):
Essential:
    • High school or institute or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
    • Two to four years of progressive professional FSL.
    • Good level of English.
Desirable:
    • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
    • More than four years of progressive professional FSL experience.
