Job Purpose:

Executing and supervising the tasks and procedures of the logistic department to ensure the provision of all necessary materials and supplies in the required time and efficiency

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Work with the logistics team, conduct the assigned work, and complete tasks in the required time.
  • Follow up the received covenant, liquidate it, and update its data and inventory according to the approved procedures.
  •  Preparing a maintenance plan and following up on its implementation for everything related to the office and paying the bills and proceeds from the Authority’s offices (electricity-rent-water-internet….).
  • Preparing weekly, monthly and annual reports on all logistic work and sharing them with the direct manager.
  • Visit offices and warehouses at least once a month and check the physical condition and safety of warehouses and offices.
  •  Provide support in bidding processes through requesting bids / quotations from relevant suppliers, bid analysis process, and contracting processes as per required specifications and quantities.
  • Ensure the existence of all documents and papers related to the logistics department and ensure that they are properly archived.
  • Contribute to the market study on an ongoing basis in order to know and identify solutions, requirements, and challenges on an ongoing basis.
  •  Providing support on tenders that are still being announced, receiving offers, and coordinating to open tenders that have finished advertising.
Note: The above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department’s organizational chart.
Qualification (Education – Work Experience):
Essential:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics – Business administration or any relevant field
    • Three years of progressive professional FSL
    • Good level in English.
Desirable:
    • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
    • More than three years of progressive professional FSL experience.
