Job Purpose:

Field assistant is responsible for carrying out distribution, registration, data collection activities and delivery of cash assistance to beneficiaries according to the project plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation daily, weekly, and monthly plans for the project.
  • Preparing the daily, weekly, and monthly reports issued by the field teams and submitting them to the direct manager.
  • Provide basic and detailed information to the coordinator during the preparation of the memorandum of understanding.
  • Suggesting solutions to the challenges facing the project implementation plan.
  • Assisting in solving the main problems and challenges facing the implementation plans with all stakeholders from beneficiaries, local councils, local authorities, camp management, suppliers…etc.
  • Managing the registration of the beneficiaries and collecting their data.
  • Distribute the assistance to beneficiaries in the FDPs.
  • Leading the collection of the needed documents from BNFs.
  • Any other work that may be requested by the direct manager.
Qualification (Education – Work Experience):
Essential:
    • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
    • One to two years of progressive professional FSL experience.
    • Intermediate level in English.

    • Experience in field work.
