Job Purpose:

The employee will be responsible for the entering data and database.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter data from paper documents and changing to inputs.
  • Check data before entering it.
  • Correct errors in the database if any.
  • Data analysis and cleaning.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines, and data protect procedures.
  • Perform tasks that may be required by the line manager.
  • Quick response to access to information.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of information and beneficiary data and complying with IYD.
  • Managing the archive.
Note: The above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department’s organizational chart.
Qualification (Education – Work Experience):
Essential:
    • Institute degree at least.
    • Proficient knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
Desirable:
    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Experience in humanitarian work and its principles.
    • Experience in using office equipment, such as a printer and scanner.
