Job Purpose:

The project assistant is responsible for assisting the project officer in carrying out all project activities and direct supervision for the registration, data collection, and distribution teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing project activities in line with the proposal.
  • Submitting regular reposts for the project officer.
  • Ensuring compliance with IYD policies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Submitting regular reports to the line manager as requested after every round of registration, verification, or distribution.
  • Work on data collection using the KoBo App.
  • Implement technical direction for the project and ensure high technical quality of the project
  • Implement other tasks as might be required in relation to IYD ERL Program in Syria.
Note: The above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department’s organizational chart.
Qualification (Education – Work Experience):
Essential:
    • A university graduates.
      Minimum Two years of progressive professional FSL experience.
    • Good level in English.
    • Experience in working in complex and volatile contexts
    • Experience in implementing of the cash for work, vocatioan training, and business grants activities.
