Project Senior Assistant

Job Purpose:

Assist and provide support to the project Senior officer / Project Manager with everything related to projects from the beginning until the end of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in tracking project activities to reach the target outputs
  • Attend a monthly meeting to review project status with the other programs team.
  • Attend a weekly meeting to review project status with donor.
  • Ensure required reporting is done timely and accurately.
  • Preparing purchase requests for project’s activities
  • Participate in preparing the monthly report, and share it with the donor
  • Archive activity photos and project documents
  • Participation in the preparation of the 4Ws report and the programs’ responses to weekly MEAL reports
Note: The above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department’s organizational chart.
Qualification (Education – Work Experience):
Essential:
    • Bachelor of Engineering or any relevant certificate.
    • One year experience in projects in NGOs.
    • Advanced level in English, and Arabic.
    • Previous experience as a project assistant or similar.
Desirable:
    • Good experience in implementing WASH projects
