Job Purpose:
Providing comprehensive training and education in basic and advanced computer skills for beneficiaries, specifically women and girls, as well as employees. This training is designed to enhance their technical abilities and improve their efficiency in using technology. The trainers will provide specialized programs tailored to meet the unique needs of women, girls, and employees. The training focuses on developing practical skills in essential computer programs, tools, and office applications. The training program aims to hands-on experience and practical practice, ensuring that trainees can effectively apply what the’ve learned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop training curricula tailored to various trainee skill levels.
- Design interactive educational activities that engage participants.
- Focus on essential computer skills, including operating systems, texts processing, and presentation software.
- Assess trainees’ skills through both practical and theoretical tests.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve trainees’ performance.
- Provide technical support to assist trainees in resolving technical issues during training sessions.
- Provide necessary educational resources and materials.
- Supervise and monitor trainees’ practical practice of the training content to improve their computer skills.
- Prepare the training agenda.
- Prepare and submit work reports.
Qualification (Education – Work Experience):
Essential:
- Academic degree (university or institute) in information technology, computer science, or any related field.
- Previous experience in training or education in the field of computers and good knowledge of modern programs and applications.
- Experience in the same field for at least one year.
- Tact and good at dealing with others.
- Effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with and commitment to humanitarian standards.
Desirable:
- Intermediate institute or university degree.
- Previous work experience in a civil society organization.

- The ability to adapt to work conditions and deal effectively with different environments and cultures.
