Job Purpose:

Supporting the Media Department in executing and managing media and communication activities, supporting the media and communication strategy internally and externally for the organization, and responding to requests from the media management department. Additionally, designing the necessary media materials for the organization’s work and developing them in line with the visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • PDeveloping a weekly plan in coordination with line manager.
  • Collaborating with the direct supervisor to create a general plan for projects.
  • High-level coordination with media team and organization departments.
  • Producing graphic designs of various types suitable for different platforms using professional design software and creating engaging content.
  • Designing all advertisements, posters, roll-ups, banners, and brochures.
  • Archiving and storing media materials and designs reliably to ensure their safety and sharing.
  • Providing daily, weekly, and monthly work reports to line manager.
  • Achieving balance between priorities to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Developing core templates for graphic products in line with the visual identity.
  • Creating guidelines for employees to maintain the organization’s visual identity.
  • Contributing to developing ideas for digital content across various social media platforms and the official website.
  • Responding to various urgent media requests.
  • Any additional tasks requested by the direct manager.
Note: The above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department’s organizational chart.
Qualification (Education – Work Experience):
Essential:
    • High School with a minimum of specialized courses in media.
    • Four years of experience in the media field.
    • Three years of experience in design.
    • Creative thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
Desirable:
    • Bachelor’s degree or intermediate institute in relevant fields.
    • Proficiency in drawing and creating artistic designs.
    • 2 years of experience working in the humanitarian field.

    • Experience in using social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
    • Proficiency in using design and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
