Job Purpose:

Ensuring the implementation of accountability activities during the project implementation period in accordance with the policies and procedures approved by the authority and in a manner that ensures the achievement of the stipulated humanitarian standards and in a manner that ensures that no harm or harm is caused to the targeted communities, whether they are displaced or residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meeting with field teams and discussing field developments, keeping lessons learned, and obtaining feedback.
  • Preparing daily and weekly plans to follow up on the implementation of activities in coordination with the project team and the monitoring teams.
  • Carry out periodic visits to ensure the progress of all project activities, some using special tools and others based on direct observation.
  • Follow up on all means of verification of results indicators, objectives, and activities according to the type of project.
  • Receiving complaints from beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries and transferring them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Verify the accuracy of the data collected through the field team and send it to the direct manager.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly and emergency reports to explain the progress of activities in the field and sharing them with the direct manager.
  • Verify the authenticity of the documentation related to the project’s activities while ensuring their archiving is in accordance with the procedures followed by the Authority.
Note: The above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department’s organizational chart.
Qualification (Education – Work Experience):
Essential:
    • Bachelor’s degree or institute in Information Technology or related fields.
    • At least two years of progressive professional experience.
    • Good level of English.
Desirable:
    • MBA, Information Technology, or related fields.
    • More than two years of progressive professional experience.
