Job Purpose:

The Data Entry will be responsible for entering data and database and archiving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter data from paper documents and change to inputs.
  • Check the data before entering it.
  • Correct errors in the database if any.
  • Data analysis and cleaning.
  • . Ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Perform tasks that may be required by the line manager.
  • Quick response to access to information.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of information and beneficiary data and complying with IYD.
  • E-archive Management.
Note: The above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department’s organizational chart.
Qualification (Education – Work Experience):
Essential:
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences.
    • Experience working on computers and Office programs, including Excel.
    • Intermediate level in English.
Desirable:
    • Master’s degree in computer sciences or related fields.
