Job Purpose:

Focus on design, implementation of the project, and monitoring of all rehabilitation buildings and facilities works under this project, collecting the new needs and study of the project’s technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and reviewing of BOQs, drawings, and technical conditions books for all rehabilitation buildings and facilities work to be implemented in the targeted areas.
  • Execute implementation of all rehabilitation buildings and facilities activities per the implementation plan, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor and supervise rehabilitation and ensure effective implementation.
  • Supervising the project activities to be completed with the required quality and timeline, and plans.
  • Re-evaluate and update the needs and study the project’s technical specifications.
  • Ensure that the project plans match the actual implementation and report any defects if it has happened.
  • Cooperating with other teams at the field, such as the monitoring, media, logistical, procurement, and other teams
  • Supervising contractors’ work, receiving work from them, and ensuring their conformity with the required specifications.
  • Implementing the direct manager’s requirements and requests.

Qualification (Education – Work Experience):
Essential:
    • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or any other related certificate.
    • Two years of progressive professional rehabilitation buildings and facilities
    • Good level of English.
Desirable:
    • Master’s degree in civil engineering.
    • More than five years of progressive professional rehabilitation of buildings and facilities experience.
