Job Purpose:

Managing the process of implementing activities, managing the team, and coordinating with various stakeholders, achieving the overall goal of the project as stated in the basic proposal and stipulated in the project’s logical framework, and managing human and logistical capabilities to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly implementation plans for the project in conjunction with the supervising engineers and the rest of the team members and share them with all departments and departments.
  • Preparing the daily, weekly, and monthly reports issued by the field teams and submitting them to the direct manager.
  • Provide basic and detailed information to the coordinator during the preparation of the memorandum of understanding.
  • Suggesting solutions to the challenges facing the project implementation plan and assisting in solving the main problems and challenges facing the implementation plans with all stakeholders from beneficiaries, local councils, local authorities, camp management, suppliers…etc.
  • Effective coordination to serve the implementation of the project activities smoothly and smoothly, according to written plans, and to form a link with all supporting departments related to the project (financial, resources, mail, logistical…)
  • Supporting and assisting the Program Manager and coordinators in the head office in preparing new ideas and proposals in order to present them to partners and supporters, and constantly searching for new needs and new proposals to serve the organization’s strategy and its subsidiary operational plans.
  • Conducting field tours to ensure that the project activities are implemented in accordance with the Authority’s policies and procedures, with the required quality and time.
  • Ensure the conformity and implementation of the general plans of the project and report any defect if it occurs.
  • Any other work that may be requested by his direct manager.
Note: The above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department’s organizational chart.
Qualification (Education – Work Experience):
Essential:
    • Bachelor or institute degree in Business Administration or related fields.
    • Two years of progressive professional FSL
    • Advanced level in English.
Desirable:
    • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
    • More than four years of progressive professional FSL experience.
