Job Purpose:

Providing services to children, including PSS and recreational activities, and maintaining their safety in the CFS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing PSS services to children according to age.
  • Providing childcare services.
  • Providing entertainment services for children.
  • Ensure safety conditions during the activity.
  • Writing reports on the services in the room.
  • Contribute to the development of plans for the implementation of services for children.
Note: The above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department’s organizational chart.
Qualification (Education – Work Experience):
Essential:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Kindergarten, or Psychological Counseling.
    • One year of Experience in the same field.
    • Tact and good at dealing with others.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Familiarity with and commitment to humanitarian standards.
Desirable:
    • Master’s degree in kindergarten.
    • Previous work experience in a civil society organization.
